Current product testing status
Does RedTongkatAliMY publish a batch COA? No. Product-specific laboratory testing is not currently published. We do not currently publish a batch COA, DNA identification, HPLC/eurycomanone result, heavy-metal report, pesticide report, or microbiology report for our dried Red Tongkat Ali root slices.
We sell dried Red Tongkat Ali (红东革阿里) root slices sourced in Pahang, Malaysia for adult personal use as a brewed herbal tea. The product name is Malaysian traditional and commercial terminology; it is not a batch-level laboratory identity certificate.
What the current status means
We do not currently publish a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) for these slices. We therefore do not make claims that a batch is laboratory-tested for identity, heavy metals, microbes, pesticides, or a specific eurycomanone percentage.
For context, read Batch Testing, How to Read a Tongkat Ali COA, and Malaysia Government Testing & Official References.
What we can say about the product
- Format: whole dried root slices for tea, not capsules or a standardized extract.
- Origin story: sourced in Pahang, Malaysia.
- Product name: Red Tongkat Ali / 红东革阿里 — the Malaysian name for wild reddish Tongkat Ali root (traditionally preferred locally versus common Yellow).
- Use: brewed as an herbal tea according to traditional preparation practices.
You can see the pack size and current regional checkout price on the product page and shop.
What we do not claim
Until we publish supporting documents for the exact batch, we do not claim:
- “Lab tested” or “COA verified”
- a tested eurycomanone percentage
- a standardized extract ratio such as 100:1, 200:1, or 400:1
- a laboratory DNA or botanical certificate for each batch
- screening results for heavy metals, pesticides, or microbiology
If a laboratory-tested, standardized product is essential to your decision, choose a supplier that publishes a COA for the exact product and batch you intend to buy.
What “Red Tongkat Ali” means on this site
Red Tongkat Ali (Malay/Chinese market language: 红东革阿里) is the name Malaysians commonly use for wild reddish Tongkat Ali root — typically associated with reddish bark and highland / wild-sourced material, as distinct from ordinary commercial “Yellow” Tongkat Ali in local trade.
On this site we sell that product as dried root slices for tea, sourced with a Pahang, Malaysia story.
Important boundaries:
- This is a Malaysian traditional / trade designation, not a published laboratory DNA certificate for every batch.
- In Malaysia, Red is traditionally regarded as the more prestigious / preferred Tongkat Ali root form. That is cultural and market preference — not a published HPLC proof that our batches are “most potent,” and not proof that tea reproduces extract-trial outcomes.
- Site science pages discuss Eurycoma longifolia because that is the botanical research category used for Tongkat Ali root. Extract research still does not prove the composition of an unassayed tea batch.
- We do not identify our product as Jackiopsis ornata.

What we plan to add when documentation exists
When genuine documentation is available, we can publish:
- Botanical identity confirmation
- Batch number and date
- The laboratory name and test scope
- Results for each actual test, including any limitations
Until then, this page is our commitment not to substitute marketing language for evidence.
For research limits, see the Tongkat Ali evidence index. For safety considerations, read the side-effects and safety guide.
