We ship from Pahang, Malaysia. The United States is our primary market; typical delivery estimate to the USA is about 10–28 days (carrier dependent) — an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Online Stripe checkout also serves Malaysia and Singapore as local markets.
📦 How Shipping Weight Is Calculated
Because of vacuum-seal bags, protective inner wrapping, and outer packaging, the actual shipped weight is always higher than the product weight. We are fully transparent about this:
💡 Tip: Ordering a larger quantity is more economical — the packaging overhead is proportionally smaller, so your cost per gram (product + shipping combined) decreases with larger orders.

🚚 How Shipping Works — Step by Step
Most US (and MY/SG) orders go through Shop Stripe checkout — all-in pricing includes shipping for supported geos. You can also order via WhatsApp or email if you need a separate quote.
Stripe Shop: pay the all-in total shown for your region. WhatsApp/email: we reply with shipping (if quoted separately) and your total before payment.
Stripe Checkout for Shop orders (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available). WhatsApp/email orders: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer after we confirm the total.
Your root slices are vacuum-sealed, carefully packed, and dispatched from Pahang, Malaysia. We send you the tracking number.
Your Red Tongkat Ali arrives. We follow up to ensure you're happy with the order.
🌍 Customs & Import Duties
Red Tongkat Ali is a natural dried herbal root. Import rules vary by country. Buyers are responsible for local customs, duties, and product regulations. We currently accept checkout shipping to selected markets (see Stripe checkout country list); Canada, Australia, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, and the EU are not offered for commercial DTC at this time.
However, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and depend entirely on the destination country's regulations. We declare packages accurately and honestly.
