We may publish first name + country only (never your full email).

Option 3 — After your order
You’ll receive a follow-up email ~60 days after purchase with a link back to this page.

What to Include

• How long you’ve been using the root slices
• Your brewing method (boiled tea / cold soak)
• What you noticed (energy, sleep, general vitality — individual results vary)
• Your country (helps other international buyers)

We do not publish medical claims or guarantee specific health outcomes.
