A Personal Story from the Malaysian Rainforest

I grew up in Pahang, Malaysia — in a region where the jungle begins just beyond the village, where old-growth trees tower above the fog, and where root tea has long been part of local food and traditional practice.

Red Tongkat Ali / 红东革阿里 is the Malaysian traditional and trade name for wild reddish Tongkat Ali root. In local preference it is regarded as the more prestigious form versus common Yellow. We sell it as dried root slices from Pahang for tea. That naming and preference are not a published batch DNA or potency certificate. See What We Test and What is Red Tongkat Ali?.

Why I Started Selling Directly

For years, international shoppers mostly saw factory extracts and capsules. Whole dried root for tea was harder to buy with clear format language. I wanted a direct path for people who specifically want root slices, not a standardized extract pill.

What we can honestly promise

• Clear format. Dried root slices for tea — not capsules, not a standardized extract ratio claim.
• No additives in the product as shipped: root slices as packed.
• Honesty about evidence. We do not currently publish a batch COA or eurycomanone percentage. Extract clinical research is not automatic proof for our tea format.
• Checkout scope. Online Stripe checkout currently ships to the United States, Malaysia, and Singapore. The United States is our primary market.

Testing status

Product-specific batch testing is not currently published. This includes a batch COA, DNA identification, HPLC/eurycomanone result, and published contaminant testing. Read Product Testing Status before treating a general research or government reference as product proof.

We describe sourcing with a Pahang highland / wild-collection story. Absolute “every root wild-certified” laboratory language waits on documentation we do not yet publish.
